Subaru 2018 Crosstrek to be Out For Sale Soon
The Subaru 2018 Crosstrek will be out for sale in a few months and will be priced near to the previous model that will stop post the 2018 variant arrival.
The 2018 Crosstrek 2.0i model will have a six-speed manual transmission, up from the 2017 model which features a five-speed manual transmission. The continuously variable transmission has been added to the Crosstrek lineup for the first time in the base model and will be an optional feature.
The Crosstrek lineup has three trim options, base, Premium and Limited.
The Premium trim will have both manual and CVT options, but the top of the line Limited trim will only possess CVT. However, the Limited trim has a few additional features and upgrades too. These features are steering responsive headlights, a standard 8-inch Starlink multimedia system, and 18-inch wheels, apart from other safety-focused features.
The American car maker, Subaru has is riding on high hopes for the redesigned variant of its Crosstrek based on the ninth year of record sales of the company, in which the subcompact crossover has sold exceptionally well.
Subaru has used its stiffer global platform for building Crosstrek. The model has been earlier for building Impreza and features more aerodynamic and smoother styling.
The engine choice for the compact crossover will just be one though, with an updated 2.0-liter boxer engine, which delivers power to all wheels owing to all wheel drive that is a part of the car.
The car also has a higher ground clearance at 8.7 inches and hence can travel more diverse and rugged terrain.
