Rolls Royce Phantom VIII to Debut This Month
Rolls-Royce has announced the eighth-generation of Phantom, i.e. Phantom VIII will make a global debut on July 27, 2017. The car will be unveiled at Bonhams, Mayfair in London during the ‘The Great Eight Phantoms’ exhibition.
The British carmaker will showcase three iconic Phantoms from its previous generations model at the exhibition. The event will also serve as the debut for the upcoming Phantom VIII, of whom, the only teaser has been shown yet, which feature the new LED headlamps and the ‘Lady of Ecstasy’.
It has been speculated that the Phantom VIII will have a bigger 24-slat grille as a standard across all the top spec Rolls-Royce, as it has been through the years.
The bumper design seems new and further modern along with larger vents for cooling the massive V12 engine. Some further minor updates in the car have happened like a redesigned rear, new color options, and new alloys.
The new Phantom VIII will be more tech savvy and be more luxurious from within. There is a large central screen and a new digital instrument cluster with multiple connectivity options.
The display is hidden behind the dashboard panel and only reveals at the touch of a button. However, the details can only be confirmed once the car has been officially unveiled.
