Dubai to Enjoy Discount on Traffic Fines
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and UAE’s Vice President, has made an announcement in the spirit of the year of giving. The decision entails a discount of 50% on impoundment and traffic fines.
As per the resolution that has been issued by the Sheikh Mohammed, the discount will be on the fines that have been incurred in the year 2016 and will take due effect from July 1 to the end of the year. However, the discounts won’t include any violations that have happened from the beginning of 2017.
