Chevrolet Corvette’s 2018 Model To Be Convertible!
The seventh generation of the Chevrolet Corvette’s 2018 model seems to be inching closer to production.
A spy photographer recently took a spy shot of what’s believed to be the Chevrolet Corvette’s 2018 ZR1’s convertible variant.
The car was spied near the Milford Proving Ground of the General Motors, northwest of Detroit.
Corvette’s car’s interior photos give an insight to the fact that the car is likely to have a 10-speed automatic transmission that’s been developed by Ford and GM for their rear-wheel-drive vehicles.
The interior of the car seems to be on par with various other C7 models, however, this one has carbon fiber in its dashboard.
From the exterior point of view, the vehicle has a massive and distinctive spoiler on its rear, while the front has been given an aggressive splitter.
Furthermore, the vehicle photographed this time had much more camouflage as compared to previous photographed models.
The Corvette ZR1 is being expected as the last new model of the Corvette’s current-generation sports car, post which the company is likely to make the move to the eight-generation Corvette using a midengine configuration.
